The toughest, most gruelling challenge yet

Tower to Tower is an intense, hard-hitting and demanding challenge, which will see 12 brave adventurers embark on an epic 4-day journey from the Eiffel Tower in Paris to Tower Bridge in London. The team will travel non-stop on bikes, boats and boots – cycling from Paris to Le Havre, rowing across the English Channel, from Le Havre to Brighton, and then completing the journey from Brighton to London on foot.

Team Tower to Tower will be pushed to the limit as they battle tiredness, sore muscles, mental exhaustion and the elements to raise awareness of how hard it is to function physically, emotionally and psychologically on limited sleep, something our families do every day, day-in-day-out.

Why We’re Doing This...

By pushing themselves to the limit, the team aim to raise awareness of the crippling sleep deprivation faced by many families as they care for a child with a life-limiting condition, and to raise £100,000 to help them get the vital respite care they need. Many children and young people require round-the-clock care and sleep is an infrequent luxury for the parents and carers who look after them.
